Just give some customers heads up you need to be taking collagen for 3 to 6 months to notice a change. It doesn't just happen over night.

It’s a little early to review this product as I’ve only been taking for around 2 weeks. I am new to collagen so cannot compare to any other makes/brands. What I will say is this … it’s great value for money. I use this in my coffee on an evening, It doesn’t taste, or smell any different and is quickly mixed. Delivery was super speedy - (next day) and the directions for use are concise and clear. I have no hesitation in recommending this product and I hope it does for me what it says on the pack!!

I have been taking 1 tablet a night along with my herbal sleep tea and do seem to off easier staying asleep is more of a an issue however will consider increasing to 2 tablets as directed in a weeks time
