Meno Support Bundle

I’ve not started taking these yet but my friend contacted me yesterday that she’s on her second week of this bundle. She suffers with diverticular disease also. OMG she’s has so many investigations for bloated abdomen and no answers. She had loose stool for 1st few days with these. Started few weeks now , don’t know if it is working or not , but it’s taste and smell like a fish . I can’t take this just because of the smell . I tried with juice , smoothies to not feel the smell but that doesn’t work the smell is too strong.

I really don't no as of yet i have been taking them everyday but I've just found out I have ADHD struggled all my life with seriously low energy levels and now I'm going through the menopause it's hit me like a railway train I think maybe I might need other supplements for my energy levels to do you have other things that may help me

Bought these to perk myself up and wanted to purchase from a reliable source. I bought the 6 month meno package and it has everything in that I need. Absolute bargain instead of paying for them all separately. I also received a friendly email to explain how and when to take the pills which I greatly appreciated as it told me what all they were for and what ones work well together etc. Excellent packaging which is all recyclable and easy to store. I’d definitely recommend this complete package as so far so good 😊

This review is about the service rather than the products themselves. The thing about the menopause bundle is that they advise on Facebook that you don’t take all the supplements on day one. These are products that your body has to acclimatise to. Given that I feel Nutrition Geeks should add in a little leaflet to advise on the order and when to add them in.

After eventually receiving these, I tried 2 at night for 2 weeks, one in the morning and one at night, neither made any difference whatsoever, pity I couldn't get my money back....Don't waste your money on these!!

Been taking for 3 weeks and the difference is great with the menopause And I’ve loads more energy will defiantly be restocking

Life changing for my wife

I was already in love with the collagen and have seen brilliant results so I thought I would give this bundle a try, as the price is so good for 4 supplements. I hadn't got overly high expectations, especially as I am a terrible sleeper and take a long time to drop off then wake numerous times. When I tell you this bundle is incredible I am not overstating it. In particular, my sleep has been so much better that frankly it seems miraculous. When I take magnesium at bedtime, it literally lulls me into sleep so gently and naturally and I have been sleeping through the night. In general I have felt more alert, well within myself. Only been taking for a few weeks so hopefully see some benefits soon. Not very good at taking tablets and the capsules for me are rather big especially the magnesium. Would prefer if it was a powder like the collagen or smaller tablets.
