Have been taking this for several months now and I'm starting to get the benefits. I have never been a good sleeper, but this Magnesium 3 in-1 is working for me. Im not going to say it's a game changer and perhaps won't work for everyone, but I get into a deep sleep quicker and apart from waking up to use the toilet (need to have my last drink earlier) I generally get 6 to 7 hours of decent sleep, as opposed to 4 to 5 hours.
