Didn’t want to review all the items I am taking so picked a random one, I started with the Magnesium which I think was the first supplement that I have taken where I noticed a difference. Since then I have included 7 more which I take regularly and will continue which is a first as I normally just forget .

Great but the capsules have all stuck together

Great but the capsules have all stuck together and difficult to separate without breaking them. I’m sure it’s the hot weather but didn’t think I should put them in the fridge. Without aircon, it’s difficult to find a cool place.

Love NG BUT this is not for me.

I will start by saying I love so many of the supplements I’ve bought from Nutrition Geeks and continue to take. However, I had awful fishy reflux all day after taking them, so I tried freezing them. I also took them with a meal and still had the same issue. After reading about omega 3 online it was said that capsules can easily go rancid. Mine have been kept in a cold dry place and I took them within days of receiving them. I have since cut one of the capsules open, they tasted metallic almost. Not sure that is a good sign. It’s a no from me, I had to throw them away.

Joint relief

I've been taking these for a few weeks now, suffered with what doctor says is bursitis its constant pain but this seems to have it under control and at least I can now exercise which is not easy when you are in pain so id say working wonders and won't stop taking now .

I really wanted to take this product...

I really wanted to take this product. However the tablets are obnoxiously LARGE! I have almost choked on them. Had to give up. Why do they have to be this big?!

Great, tasteless but do cause fishy burps afterwards!

Great supplements and completely tasteless. My only complaint is the fish taste that repeats on me after taking, like having fishy burps.
Have still bought them regardless but wouldn't rate them 5 star due to the fishy taste coming back up.

Silly prices

As good as other brands I think but prices are getting silly so changing to other brands including my collagen biotin and magnesium.

Well, I was searching for vegan Omega 3, this came up under those terms and from the small picture & the info I simply assumed it was what I was looking for bc WHY would actual FISH Omega 3s be thrown up at me when I searched to for VEGAN?!!! Needless to say, I have no idea if it’s a quality product, since I can’t eat it.

Yes! Every batch of Nutrition Geeks Omega 3 is independently tested through IFOS (International Fish Oil Standards), the leading global testing programme for fish oil quality. This means each batch passes the strictest standards for purity, freshness, and potency, including testing for heavy metals, PCBs, oxidation levels, and verified EPA + DHA content. Only batches that meet all IFOS standards are approved, giving you confidence that Nutrition Geeks Omega 3 is safe, effective, and of the highest quality.

The code on your pouch (normally on the back, on the right-hand side) shows which packing run it came from. It isn’t the batch number, but it links to it, and to the IFOS certificate.

This is called parent and child batch coding, and it’s standard practice across food, supplements, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. One “parent” batch of softgels is made, then split into “child” runs when packed into pouches on different lines. This means every pouch can be traced back to its parent batch, which UK food law requires us to be able to do.
