Hold your nose

Only on day three of taking these but man are they tough to take. Feel like throwing up everytime from the smell/taste of the coating. How anyone can say these are easy to take either has no sense of smell or some insane gag reflexes.

Very annoying you have to take three tablets too, already taking so many vitamins and to add another huge three ones is just a pain. Going to persevere in the hope they work but eurgh.

Sadly not for me

Started these as I’ve seen so many good things about them, it’s been a week since ive started them by day 3 I was getting really painful tummy cramps, by day 5 I’ve had continuous cramps accompanied with extreme fatigue, diarrhoea, sickness and chills. I can’t even keep water in my body. Sadly these aren’t for me.

I've only been taking these for 3 weeks so

I've only been taking these for 3 weeks so unfortunately I've not seen any change. The first week I struggled with them upsetting my stomach so from the second week on i followed advice and took 1 capsule in the afternoon and the further 2 before my main meal. They still cause some stomach discomfort but I'm perseviring for now and hope to see some benefits soon.

The delivery was okay, but I wasn’t at reception to take it but a member of staff was there so that was okay, the tracking could be better, all it tells you is that it will be delivered between certain times.
