Was sceptical about creatine, but seen this advertised on FB… I bought it, not expecting much really from it? But how wrong was I !! I ran out about 5 days ago and could actually feel the effect of not taking it, fatigue, stiff joints etc on my 2nd bag now as well at the collagen which will be a first for me to try! Xx

Dreadful product

Where do I start? Firstly the bag is supposed to be resealable. It isn’t. I’ve had to fold it down and tie it with an elastic band. I have my doubts therefore as to whether the powder will stay dry over time. Secondly, the powder does not “dissolve easily and mix in any drink”. I’ve tried hot and cold and even fizzy drinks to try to dissolve it. It doesn’t dissolve. Ends up as a sludge in the bottom of the glass which makes it highly unpalatable. Thirdly, I’ve been taking this now for about a week and have no discernible improvement. I still feel lethargic and sluggish. Totally unhappy. Will be contacting their customer service.

Does not do what it says on the 'tin'

This is far from the truth, I've tried this in hot/cold/lukewarm drinks, shaker, whisk; and it just sits there, like a little pile of sand at the bottom of the glass/cup/shaker. Due to not dissolving properly, leads to dry mouth and a salty taste!

I'm now annoyed I ordered multiple bags because I thought I was getting a good deal for a good product. Think I'll swap back to MyProtein for my creatine in future.

Bloated to be expected as new to me and know my body needs time to adjust but stomach ache for the first hour of taking and bloating didn’t subside after over a week.
Would have persevered longer but powder did not dissolve at all! Tried in warm water and cold but gritty and unpleasant. Would not buy again for this reason.

My most recent order arrived in broken box and with powder inside leaking covered. I spent a lot of wasted time going through customer services to reasonably request replacement of order but was given no helpful replacement. Like product but customer service not good this far

The first two boxes were almost identical so I tried ti cancel but they make it really difficult to do it so I froze my card so they couldn’t take it out I froze my card my card company paid it anyway so I complained now in getting emails asking me to update my details but the payment has still come out???!!!
