I wish I read the side effects

I wish I read the people side effects..before I bought these ....took one last night with a meal because I've got such a sensitive stomach ....just had continues wind and I'm so tired today ..feel like someone has taken my energy from me and I cannot send them back as you have to have the original packaging .

Not so good side affects

Not an expert but researched separately after I started taking this & started with nausea, head aches & stomach aches and it showed generally 50mg is considered too high with concern over long term use. I’ve taken with & without food & still had the side effects.

Amazing

My daughter had a huge cluster of verrucas on her foot for years and no treatment would help. A podiatrist recommended taking Zinc and within months of taking this zinc supplement they have completely disappeared. We cannot recommend Nutritional Geeks enough! Just Brilliant!

Side affects

Is there anyone else experienced same issues ,since I start to consume these 2 together, I start to feel bitterness In my mouth ,every time I eat now ,the bitterness starts straight away ,very strong as well ,so I dont know which one caused it

Im a big nutrition geeks fan, the magnesium and biotin are absolutely amazing but I am hugely disappointed with these, before I had time to eat my food I was already throwing up! Then nauseous for the next few hours, so disappointing :(

Be careful

I felt like I had a stomach bug after taking 1 tablet (as directed with my biggest meal of the day). I was up all night feeling like I was going to throw up. Terrible.

I have just recently started this, but its easy to swallow as advertised

Started taking this supplement and found it gave me a headache and nausea when taken on an empty stomach. I tried with food but still got the headache . I found if I took a large glass of water sometimes two I felt absolutely fine.

Not easy to take.

Both myself and my husband are experiencing poor tolerance in taking these tiny pills. We get feelings like they're sticking in throat despite taking as directed, then feeling pretty rubbish for quite a while afterwards. Need to come with note on packaging to manage user expectations.. we were both really worried until we compared our experiences and then saw the reviews mentioning the same problems

Vomit inducing

I have tried about 4 tablets with water with food without etc same result everything serious nausea and vomiting

How on earth Nutrition Geeks are still selling this?!

How on earth Nutrition Geeks are still selling these I do not know. I have tried before/during and after food and every time in less than 5 minutes I am so incredibly nauseous I think I could actually be sick. I have had with heavy meals and it makes no difference.

Actually puts me off the brand that they would put their name to such a bad product!
