Although the differences are subtle and nobody else would notice, the changes I have noticed have been good for me. Across my body (legs & arms), my skin has gone from crepey to not crepey when I pinch a bit of it.. which crept in through age / perimenopause. My hair has lots of new growth, its all short at the moment but it will pay off once fully grown. I know its not a miracle treatment but its enough to make a difference for a 47 year old who wants to age naturally in the fight against cosmetic surgery but still feels the struggle of not having the perfect look we are subjected to these days.
