My 7th month of Collagen taking, but new to Creatine.
I dont see any difference but realise it is what is happening inside my body, where the benefits may be taking place.

I have started to take this duo because at 67 I was feeling my age x it's easy to mix , I use it with yoghurt. After a few weeks of taking it I am starting to feel the benefit.

Delivery was as expected...I have no reviews as I have only just started using these products x

My nails are now good however my joint pain has not got easier. My hair seams the same so all not too bad.
Any suggestions?

I have been using collagen for a while,and enjoy the benefits of stronger nails,and thicker hair.
I have put off starting the creatine,as I don't think it is for me,as I am over 80 and my exercise is just walking

I've been using nutrition geeks for ages now always quality products at affordable prices the collagen really does work my skins in great condition

Hard to review as I bought two products. After 2 days on the creatine my stomach was so bloated I stopped using it, so that was a waste of money. Still using the Collagen but I guess early days to notice any difference.

I love Nutrition Geeks, over the last 9 months I have been on a health journey and Nutrition Geeks products have helped me so much. The Collagen is one of the best things I started, so easy to add to my only coffee of the day. I have seen my skin, my nails, and my hair feel amazing and stronger and I do contribute this to a number of things but the collagen is a big factor. This is the first time I have brought the Creatine so I can’t comment on this at the moment, but I was recommended it by a friend who said it the perfect combination now that I’m working out more and will help with energy efficiency when I’m lifting as well as support my lean muscle gain 💪.

I'd already tried the collagen before & thought it was great. I've recently started working out & my husband suggested I share his creatine (from a different brand) and honestly it was disgusting. It was like drinking raspberry sand, it made me gag. I ordered this & I can't comment on how effective it is yet, but the texture is SO much better! I mixed it with squash and couldn't even tell it was in there.
