I honestly didn't think the collagen wouldn't change my fine hair so quickly! I changed my shampoo too and started drinking collagen with my tea every morning, I've only been taken it 3 weeks and my hair feels so much healthier. I was really insecure with it before because I always had very fine hair but wow what a game changer! I also suffered with a shoulder injury for 2 and a half years and I feel the collagen has started helping repair it, I haven't had as much pain or burning pain in my shoulder, I can basically do upper body, kettlebell swings etc again without it being so painful.
Even my mam asked me to order her some and get her on board with it.
