Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Nutrition Geeks. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange as long as the product remains unopened. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in a resaleable condition, free from defects or damage.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservices@nutritiongeeks.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges except in cases where you have received items which don't match your order. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send us your return. 

REFUND PROCESS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least five 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. From this period, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time. We will notify you by email when your return has been initiated.

EXCEPTIONS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us using the contact details below and provide photos so we can assist you with a refund or exchange.

BUNDLES, MULTI-BUYS & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
If you return part of a bundle, multi-buy order, or a discounted order, the promotional discount will no longer apply.

The items you choose to keep will be recalculated at their standard individual price. Your refund will be the difference between the total amount paid and the standard price of the items you have kept.

Example: You buy a "3 for £60" multi-buy (where items are normally £25 each). If you return one item, the two you keep revert to their standard price of £25 each (£50 total). Your refund would be £10 (£60 paid minus £50 for the kept items).

2. Full Returns
If you return every item included in the bundle, multi-buy, or discounted order, you will receive a full refund of the total price paid.

3. Faulty or Defective Items
If an item in your order is faulty, we want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible:

Replacement: We will prioritise sending you a replacement for the faulty item at no extra cost.

Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a proportional refund. In this instance, you will keep the benefit of your discount, and we will refund the specific discounted value of the faulty item.
