These are THE best magnesium tablets I’ve tried. I’m getting a full nights sleep and even if I wake up during the night (toilet 🙄) I’m straight back to sleep rather than tossing and turning.

I got this as it seemed so ideal to add to my morning coffee and its great. No taste in fact i think my coffee is a little creamier 💓
Why did i want it? Well my hair is so fine and my nails are so brittle and break so easy. Lastly wrinkles yep comes with age and i hate them. Round my mouth and crows lines sooo i thought Geeks does all 3 problems and i have to say a month in my nails are no longer brittle. My hair is no thicker but when i run my hair through it its not coming out in my hands. The wrinkles - yes they are still there but not as deep.
I badly damaged my nails 10 years ago. My nails look amazing now. They are really strong as well.
