I started taking these Magnesium tablets about two weeks ago and I have noticed an improvement in my sleep. I’m not getting up as frequently as before and my sleep tends to be a lot deeper. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my back pain although I did start the turmeric tablets at the same time. I’m going to persevere with these as I think I’m benefiting from them and it’s just the start of my journey.

Early days but easy to take and value for money
I suffer with arthritis in my toe snd ot was painful everyday, I started the turmeric two months ago and would certainly say the daily pain is definitely reduced so it has to be the turmeric!
Love these supplements, far more effective at combating tiredness, insomnia etc than cheaper brands in discount stores.

It’s been two weeks since I started these. As a terrible sleeper who has tried so many things with varied and inconsistent results - I wasn’t sure what to expect (but I was hopeful.) All I can say is that I’ve slept well every night since. I’m amazed but also grateful! Thank you - long may it last.
