Iron Energy+

Hi, quick review on what this supplement has helped me with. I suffer with RLS & my sleep can suffer from it. Having been advised I now take Iron+ in the morning with lemon & ginger tea & mg in the evening. Just wanted to say 🙏🏼 thx for a great product. Only 1 week in & a huge difference sleeping & no RLS

They work wonders. Especially for Anemic people like me who are pale and yellow.

Says to Take, 1 hour before you eat or with main meal.

I lost so much energy were I couldn't get my eyes to stay wide awake and was exhausted laying in bed were I didn't have the strength to get up for a whole week. My mum let me buy these iron energy and they worked like magic for me.

I Felt so much better and confident in walking outside long distance, and faster steps and more stable. Before taking these I couldn't walk much I was more stiff and tired on my lower back as I felt so slow in walking, In every 20 steps my legs and calves ached so much. I kept stopping and taking deep breaths having troubles in inhaling oxygen.

I AM A VEGETARIAN, I have noticed that these non Coated power tablets are better, they do work for me with my green vegetable curry dishes. But I am still pale and yellow because I've only started taking them 2 weeks ago and I skip in between days to stay out from getting constipation. Because I only get 1 meal at night. I do feel energised with these and better than before. I do recommend trying these they are more better than the coated darks ones. My body is slow in making red cells so It will take time to notice my colour change back to rosy fair tone.

Wow felt the difference straight away! I’ve tried iron before and it has never worked and has made me constipated. These are amazing!

I'm feeling fine, no problems with
the tablets. I like the fact that they ar small, so easy to swallow but not sure if they are supposed to be used long term ?
I guess that I will need to wait until I have my next blood test and get the results back.

Haven't used this before, but love all other products from nutrition geeks.
