1. THE PROMOTION

1.1 The "Win Your Order Back" promotion (the "Promotion") is operated by Nutrition Geeks ("the Promoter", "we", "us").

1.2 Promotional Period: 24th November 2024 17:00 GMT to 25th November 2024 01:00 GMT

1.3 Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.

2.2 Entrants must be subscribed to the Nutrition Geeks email list to be eligible to win.

2.3 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

Employees of the Promoter
Immediate family members of employees of the Promoter
Anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion

2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Entry Method 1: Purchase Entry

3.1 To enter via purchase:

Place an order on www.nutritiongeeks.co during the Promotional Period
Order must have a minimum pre-discount value of £35.00
Order must be successfully completed and paid for to qualify
You must be subscribed to the Nutrition Geeks email list
Each qualifying order receives one (1) automatic entry

3.2 Orders placed before or after the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

3.3 Discount codes may be applied to orders, but the pre-discount order value must meet the £35 minimum.

Entry Method 2: Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

3.4 To enter without making a purchase:

Complete the free entry form at [FREE ENTRY URL]
Provide your full name and valid email address
You must be subscribed to the Nutrition Geeks email list
Submit the form during the Promotional Period

3.5 Free entry participants receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.

3.6 Free entry route offers equal chance of winning as purchase entry route.

4. THE PRIZE

4.1 There are 30 prizes available.

4.2 For Purchase Entry Winners:

Prize is a full refund of the qualifying order value
Maximum refund value per winner: £100
If order value exceeds £100, winner receives £100 refund only
Refund will be processed to the original payment method via Shopify within 14 days of prize acceptance
Refund includes product cost only (delivery charges are not refunded)

4.3 For Free Entry Winners:

Prize is a £35 Nutrition Geeks gift card
Gift card is valid for 12 months from date of issue
Gift card can be used on www.nutritiongeeks.co only
Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash

4.4 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

5.1 To be eligible to win, entrants must be subscribed to the Nutrition Geeks email list. This applies to both purchase and free entry routes.

5.2 30 winners will be selected at random using Klaviyo (our email marketing platform) on 25th November 2024 at 14:00 GMT (the "Draw Date").

5.3 The draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period who are subscribed to our email list.

5.4 Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at time of entry within 2 hours of the draw.

5.5 Winners must respond to the notification email and confirm acceptance of their prize within 24 hours of notification.

5.6 If a winner:

Does not respond within 24 hours, or
Does not meet the eligibility criteria (including email subscription requirement), or
Declines the prize

An alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until all 30 prizes have been claimed or all eligible entries have been exhausted.

5.7 The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

6.1 Purchase entry winners will receive their refund processed through Shopify to their original payment method within 14 days of prize acceptance.

6.2 Free entry winners will receive their gift card code via email within 7 days of prize acceptance.

6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for:

Lost, delayed, or misdirected emails
Technical failures
Entries not received for any reason

7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

7.1 By entering this Promotion, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

7.2 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at PRIVACY POLICY.

7.3 Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion and will then be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has:

Breached any of these Terms and Conditions
Gained unfair advantage through fraudulent means
Acted in a manner which is harmful to the operation of the Promotion

8.3 Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses or accounts will be disqualified.

8.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this Promotion if circumstances arise beyond its control.

8.5 In the event of a dispute, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. LIABILITY

9.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for:

Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize
Technical failures or malfunctions affecting entry into the Promotion
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted
