Biotin Growth+

I usually don’t like taking oral medication but this is different, very easy to take. Also, I haven’t taken this for long, however I feel it’s a great product as I see some improvements in my hair growth. Hopefully I’ll see even bigger results or changes over time as I continue to take it. 🤗

Just love this product, I really struggle with growing my nails and often end up biting most of them off and this product has done the job , my nails have to to lovely length something which I never done always had tips on but I’m so pleased with the outcome will definitely buy more

My nails are not breaking or splitting as much. I've been using them for 4 weeks , hair feels a bit better. Normal hair loss. Very impressed

Hi I Carn't give a solid review at the moment because I have only been taking your product for two weeks or so. I don't know how long it will be before I see results. My hair is still filling my hairbrush and my nails are still splitting but Hey it's early days. The little tablets are easy to take and I have had no side effects at all.
I will give another review after three months......

Where do I start… this came as a free gift when I purchased the Collagen, and I’ve been taking it every day for a month, at the time I started I had recently removed acrylic overlays which I’d have for 5 years, my nails were paper thin and everytime they grew down they just broke off, this was expected due to how damaged they were, after a month of taking two biotin tablets each day, my nails are the strongest they’ve ever been, and have grown so much, what a brilliant product, I cannot recommend it enough and the fact that it was free is even better!

Nails have been the longest they have ever been. In my life. And have only broken 2 since taking this. Quite impressive as my hands are in and out of water nearly every day

My hair and nails are growing so much faster, and my nails are in far better condition after taking biotin for around 2 months now. I haven't noticed any real difference to my hair thickness, just the speed at which it is growing!

Taking this with collagen for skin lost 100lbs over past year and trying to tighten thinks up with gym work and supplements, too soon to say if supplement working but appears good quality easy to take with now gastric issues

Very small non coated, mini powder pills, No smell.

I have not seen any difference yet in hair because I thought it will help with my hair loss but hasn't, I have long thick hair but so much has fallen off, because with my life struggles I only get 1 meal at night. So maybe it's not enough for me.
Please try them because not everyone is starving most of the days like I do. So they might work for you. With 3 to 4 Meals.

So behind the pack it says to take 2 every morning, it's best not to mix any vitamins, with coffees and tea's especially Energy drinks Please AVOID THAT.

It's Best to take hot drinks maybe a hour later. So just take the vitamins with your morning breakfast.

I only purchased these 2 weeks ago so I haven’t been taking them long enough to make a difference. I will review them in again 3 months time if There is any change.

I’m definitely seeing an improvement in my face and hair. Not so sure about my neck or other body parts if I’m honest but at 61, I’m guessing it won’t be a miracle cure. I’ve done three months and will try a further three, to see what further improvements I get.

Nails are do much longer and stronger after just a few weeks, hair is much thicker too. Will definitely continue using these

I decided to give this a try after having great results from the tumeric with my aching joints. As a former NHS housekeeper 14 years of harsh cleaning products had played havoc with my nails. They flaked and split so badly I couldn't grow them and despite trying lots of paint on treatments nothing worked. At just £6.99 for a 3 month supply ( less than the cost of a bottle of nail strengthener) I decided to give it a go. 2 months later the improvement is noticable to everyone. They are stronger and longer and now I need to file them because they are too long not because they are damaged. I started using these and within two weeks I went from weak splitting nails that I couldnt get to grow without breaking, to incredibly strong nails, that grew so fast. My hair was always quite thin due to medication I am on, it has had a great effect on my hair, it is now much thicker and I am losing less of it too when I brush or wash it. I would highly recommend it.
