Great product ,mixes really well and doesn't leave a residue ,I mix this with clear protein and it really mixes in well ,I've done the loading dose and now I'm on maintenance dosage but think I'm going to up it as I'm a big fella and kn weight loss meds so sometimes feel like I need that extra bit .
